I was elected to the Board of User Experience Professionals of America, Minnesota Chapter as the social media manager for the 2022 year. I was asked to re-design the UXPA graphics used on social media.

I decided I wanted to mimic movement to capture the attention of anyone scrolling through social media posts. The movement echoes the fast way media is processed by a user these days. I leaned heavily on the green and blue colors of the original UXPA logo to create a bluish, green form that was beautiful and easy to look at. Blue is the color that most people look at the longest and feel relaxed.
Then I shortened the graphic background and made it the background of our announcement of events on Social Media, specifically on LinkedIn and Twitter.
